Genesis Eleven, LLC. was founded by Shella Travarca in 2019.  She is driven to help people improve their relationships at work and at home through insightful perspectives and appreciation for the gifts each person brings to their interactions. 

 

Shella has 15 years of facilitation, instructional design, and coaching experience with executives, middle managers, and individual contributors in healthcare, government, banking, and public utilities, as well as variety of industries in the private sector.

Shella spent 20 years in healthcare leadership where she grew a team from six employees to eight teams of 112 employees and consultants with little to no turnover.   During that time, she consistently earned among the top Best Place to Work scores in an organization with 700+ leaders.  It is the combination of coaching experience and firsthand knowledge as a seasoned leader that will create a custom and transformative experience for your leadership team.
